FAQ

Common questions
answered.

There aren't many places we can't go, but we are limited by the airspace surrounding various sensitive areas such as airports, prisons, etc. Let us know your intended destination when booking and we'll check the flight planning systems for you.
Excessive cloud or rain will mean that flights may be cancelled at short notice. Safety always comes first — we'll keep you informed throughout and reschedule at no extra cost.
Standard flights don't include off-site landings unless specifically noted in the package. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss landing options — we're happy to talk through what's possible.
Absolutely — you're welcome to photograph your experience. We just ask that you keep camera equipment to a minimum so it doesn't get in the way in the cockpit.
Each aircraft carries a pilot and one passenger. If you're coming as a group we can arrange back-to-back flights so everyone gets their turn in the air.
